Ron Slinger

A ten year resident of Gilpin County, Ron and his wife Karen have three children and reside in one of Central City’s beautifully restored historic victorian homes.

Mr. Slinger holds a BA in Communications from Defiance College (OH) and a MA in Higher Education from Bowling Green State University (OH). Deciding to join the family business, moved Mr. Slinger to Colorado. Four years ago, he took ownership of his own urethane casting operation located in nearby Rollinsville.

Mr. Slinger has served on numerous county-wide committees and non-profit boards and he is very active in the Democratic Party.
