Larry has been with the City since 1998, and has been Public Works Director since 2000. Larry’s experience also includes 14 years in water treatment. He previously worked in Singer, LA for their water treatment facility before coming to Central City. Larry has been instrumental in working to upgrade Central City’s infrastructure and maintaining the Central City Parkway. Larry is a member of the American Water Works Associaiton (AWWA) and the Colorado Rural Water Association (CRWA).
