As a City Manager, Lynnette is responsible for the day-to-day management of all City departments. The City Council is responsible for setting the City policies as well as the management of the City Municipal Code.
Lynnette is an ICMA Credentialed Manager and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Colorado.
Past memberships include: American Management Association, American Planning Association and Colorado Government Finance Officers Association (CGFOA).
