LEGAL NOTICE
VACANT COUNCIL SEAT
Notice is hereby given that letters of intent will be accepted until August 17, 2010 at the Central City Clerk’s Office, 141 Nevada Street, Box 249, Central City, CO 80427, for appointment as Alderman for the vacant seat up for election on November 2nd and the remainder of that term to January 2011.
Appointment will be made at the special meeting of the City Council, to be held Tuesday, August 24, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., City Hall, 141 Nevada Street. All letters of intent must be in the City Clerk’s Office no later than Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
