Central City is accepting applications for a Municipal Service Worker II. Must have the ability to do semi-skilled and skilled manual labor, lift and carry up to 75-100 lbs., work outdoors for extended periods of time and work snow plow shifts as needed. CDL preferred. Hourly wage range from $15.69 to $21.33 DOQ
plus benefits. Applications can be picked up at the City Hall or below. Please make sure to include work history and references. Applications must be turned in to City Hall no later than is 4 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012. MAIN STREET STREETSCAPE PROJECT
The City of Central is proud to announce that after many years of planning, the Main Street Streetscape project is finally coming to fruition. Over the course of the next few months the City’s Main Street will be completely redone. The new Main Street will feature brick pavers and stamped concrete as well as greatly improving the safety of the sidewalks on the street. For more detailed information on this exciting project please feel free to call City Hall at 303-582-5251. Please be patient as this project will be impacting the use of Main Street for driving, parking and pedestrians to some degree throughout the project.
